"Mike at Mold One was incredibly helpful. He gave me great information and lined up an appointment quickly for mold remediation. My wife has struggled literally her entire life with being sick and unwell and having chronic headaches and fatigue and poor sleep and mood swings and food allergies and the list goes on. We've been to countless doctors, bought countless supplements, tried several diets, done allergy testing, been to chiropractors, done hormone replacement therapy, etc. We recently found mold in our home and began looking into mold as a possible cause for her poor health. In fact, over the coming days/weeks, even though she was 8 months pregnant, she felt better then that she or I ever remember her being. She had energy, her mood was better, she slept better and needed less sleep. This was truly miraculous. We had tested the house for mycotoxins through Mycometrics prior to hiring mold one and found very high levels of Aspergillus. About a month after the mold treatment, my wife did a urinalysis through Great Plains Lab for mycotoxins and she was off the charts for Aspergillus. The body can take up to several years of detox to get all that out of the system, so no surprise that a month later it wasn't all gone. This was just proof that that mycotoxin was present at very high levels in her body as well as our home. And here's another shout out to the customer service and generosity of Mike and Mold One. About 2 months after the mold treatment, I was working on replacing my roof. A micro-storm came out of nowhere while I had the roof open and absolutely SOAKED everything. We had water dripping through the light fixtures inside and huge water spots showing all over our ceilings. This was hugely discouraging. After the storm passed, I called Mike and explained the whole thing and asked his advice since now we're a pitri dish for mold. Mike offered to send his guys back out to re-treat our home for free and consider it covered by warranty, even though it would have been easy and obvious to consider this new water damage not covered by warranty. I can't say enough of how great Mold One and Mike have been, and what a life changing impact their mold treatment of our home has had on my wife. Thank God that he led us to this solution for my family's health."

"My review is tiered because the overall service seems to run on tiers. The technician was great. Very personable and professional. 5 stars for his work. Your tests get sent to the lab. The lab explains the results and recommends a company for a DIY solution. This is where things start to fall apart. The company you get referred to has abysmal reviews and the sales pitch feels extremely predatory. That taints my opinion of the lab results which would be teamed up with a business they probably shouldn't recommend. We're planning on either an independent company locally to get a quote from for any remediations we will take or even see what home depot has to offer. In any event please read the reviews of BioCide, the company they will recommend you use. We're still not sure we even have a real problem if they are working together."

My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
