"The Concrete work was good but do not allow this company to use grass seed on areas required. They used a contractor grade grass seed that looks horrible and I will have to sod the effected areas this spring. I expect that it will require 8 to 10 pieces of sod to correct this problem. I am not a happy customer when it comes to this aspect of their performance."

"We contacted Missouri Basement for estimate on our street creep issue. They came out gave estimate on driveway and the basement. The day of the appointment, they showed up on time, even with it raining. The cut our driveway, put in a rubber expansion joint. In the basement they injected 2 cracks and then fiberlocked each of those cracks. They were here, cleaned up and gone in just a few hours. Nothing has moved or changed since they have been here. No complaints here..

Concrete Resurfacing questions, answered by experts

Costs depend on the extent, the material choice, labor, and any decorative finishes requested.

Common issues with concrete that may require professional repair or resurfacing include cracks, spalling, uneven surfaces, and weather damage.

In almost all cases, yes, a damaged concrete driveway can be repaired, and the repair cost will be more affordable than a full replacement. Even major damage, like a sinking section of concrete, can be repaired by a professional using mudjacking or polyurethane concrete lifting and will average about half of the cost of a new driveway.

Yes, you can fill cracks in concrete if you’re a somewhat handy homeowner. It’s important to know which concrete patching method to use, as small cracks require different approaches than large ones. It might seem challenging to determine which product to use and the tools necessary for the project, but with a bit of background, homeowners can restore their cracked concrete easily.

If your cement garage floor is sinking and cracking, your first step should be to call a local structural engineer to assess the problem. They can determine if it’s a minor amount of sinking related to normal settlement or if the issue is structural in nature. If you do have structural damage, the engineer or a foundation repair company that you hire will come up with a plan to fix the issue, which often consists of mudjacking for less severe issues or underpinning for more extensive problems.
