Our front yard was a mess and we haven't had grass growing for several years. The front yard slopes toward the sidewalk and we have many large trees. Jose graded the yard, power raked, fertilized and seeded it and now we have grass growing when the neighbors said it was impossible.

My yard is pretty hilly so it probably wasn't easy to do. A few spots were missed in the yard probably due to this. The yard was pretty messy afterwards as expected and some torn out spots that were due to moles. Overall they put holes in my yard and I put grass and it was muddy for a while...
