We do everything landscape related and are currently specializing in irrigation and sprinkler services. We offer both residential and commercial services. He did not pull a permit, and my backflow was shut off by the city when they found out there was no permit. Then Shawn Mercier said I should learn to use my system when I called for help and refused to come out."
