Junk King Kansas City were great. The best help I’ve had in this massive house clear-out and cleanup ahead of an estate sale and sale of the house. They came to remove five refrigerators (from three floors), three stoves, a washer and dryer from the basement, three large chairs (two from the third floor), a window air conditioner from the third floor, and several other large and heavy objects. They sent seven men and three trucks, for this job that was not even a full load for one truck. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They had everything out in less than thirty minutes, and they cleaned up after themselves. While they were here, they also moved an old pump organ from a landing on the stairway down to the first floor and put it right where I wanted it, even though this was not part of the job. All of this, at a bit less than half of the other two bids I got. I’ve asked them to come back, not to remove anything, but just to help move some things around the house prior to the estate sale. No problem, they can do that. Just call them when I’m ready for that step. These guys are great.

They removed debris from our yard and also moved other things into storage within our home. Everything went very well. Professional, on time, charge by the hour but they are efficient and working the whole time.

Fast response, fair pricing, excellent staff.  You could not find a better junk remover than Junk King.  We have used them many times in the last five years and regret that we won't have them to work with in Maryland.  We cannot recommend them highly enough.

They called the night before to get details of what they'd need to pick up, and showed up on time.  The cost, quoted beforehand, was much less than I'd expected given the cost of renting a Dumpster, which I'd also considered.  The price above includes gratuities, which I was able to add to the credit card charge,

Junk King takes everything and then recycles/repurpose what they can, which we appreciated.  We were able to discard electronics, which many places won't take. 

The 2 guys who packed up our items were pleasant and professional.  They tried to get the refrigerator up the basement stairs, decided the opening might be too narrow, took it DOWN the stairs again, and attempted to move it out through the sliding glass doors onto the patio.  They ran into people who were refinishing our patio (who should have been done weeks ago)  who were belligerent and told them they couldn't take the refrigerator onto the patio or it would wreck the new surface.  The Junk King guys dragged it up the stairs again and got it out successfully, with only a minor scrape on the door to the garage.  They pointed it out to us and gave us 15% off the bill without being asked.

Highly recommended- what a relief to have our discards gone and know that they'll make their best efforts to keep them out of landfills!

It was great... they were very polite and let us know that we had not provided enough junk (1/8 truck) to take full advantage of our deal. We went into the basement and found more things for them to take. Scheduling was a breeze through the online website. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They carried a large television down the stairs and hauled it away as well with some small other things that were in my garage. There were no troubles with scheduling and they arrived on time to the appointment. Three men came to complete the job. There were no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. It was great! While there are a junk hauling company, they are professional and do a good job with the work. I have used their services additionally since the deal and that worked out great as well.
