I know, "you get what you pay for" but there are lots of things to fix in this house so I have to stretch the budget. They responded immediately to my request for bid, had someone out right away for the estimate, and kept following up until we were able to agree on a date. They convinced me the quality of paint they selected was just fine, and it was. They did everything as agreed, and it turned out great. I also appreciate they took the job, as I know it wasn't the biggest job around."

Dan and Danielle Randolph were able to see the vision that we had for our home and they gave creative input that made for a very unique set of custom cabinets! You may not need to use a drywall anchor, depending on what you're hanging and where you're hanging it. If you can nail or screw into a wooden stud, the wood will provide enough support and stability in many cases. However, one of the best tools for drywall when you need to make exact cuts for an outlet box quickly is a drywall saw. This handheld tool has a longer blade than a utility knife, so it penetrates the thickness of the drywall easily. The design of its handle and the teeth in its blade make it easier to control while cutting quicker than you can with a utility knife.

You should wait at least 24 hours between each coat of drywall mud before sanding and adding another coat. This ensures the mud dries completely, although drying time depends on temperature, humidity, and the type of compound used. Lightweight muds dry faster, while heavier all-purpose compounds take longer. Always check for firmness and dryness before sanding or applying the next layer.
