"Awful installation. One issue after another. The project was "finished" March 2024. 1) Damage to property The installation process seemed to go smoothly, but upon inspection, I noted a ripped screen, damaged windowsill, and a shorn tree trunk (small tree out in front). Clearly it was done from something falling off the roof during installation. I took photos. I sent them to the project manager (via text and email). No response. I got a call from the marketing department asking if my home (and myself) could be featured on the website. I said, sure. Fix my ripped screen first! The marketer said that she'd contact the project manager directly. She did. Finally, 2 hours later after 6 days of silence, the project manager gets back to me. He said, "I saw the photos. I asked my crew. They said that it was like that before". My response: No. It wasn't. He then said that he'd be out the next day to fix it himself. He never showed. He FINALLY showed up an finally fixed the shredded screen. (I didn't mention the squashed downspout). 2) A tile from the roof came off. I contacted the original point man, and he came out immediately to re-attach it. 3) We noticed water damage to the ceiling in the bedroom. Multiple places where there was CLEARLY water getting into the house. I've tried 3 times now to get a response. Nothing so far. AVOID THIS COMPANY."

"The perk of house pointing is the aesthetic; the purpose is sealing and protecting your home. We recently moved into a house that appears to have had a number of perk paintings and knew it had some rot issues that needed attention. I am so glad I found Neighborhood Painting. I could tell from other reviews that Ryan and his team were going to be thorough and do quality work, which is what we needed. The rot issues were more extensive than we knew, but Ryan and his team were thorough, fair and great to work with. "Midtown Home Improvements was amazing to work with. They replaced the original 1999 Walkout Basement Door on my home. Everyone at Midtown was top notch! The salesman came to my home and explained the process to me and I picked the door and hardware I wanted for my home. My home is a green color and so is the door (Pistachio). While it's not an exact match, it does compliment the green already painted on my home. The install crew was awesome to work with! They were on time, courteous and cleaned up when the install was done. I love my new door and best of all it seals well and I have no issues with unlocking to door. My previous door was in good shape, however, the door didn't seal tightly letting in lots of cold air in the winter. It's locking mechanism was no longer lined up with the door jam making it difficult to unlock (I had to pull up on the door knob in order to get it locked and unlocked.). I couldn't be happier with the work they did for me. I recommend them!"
