Their project manager Brandon Cook arrived promptly on time and made a careful inspection of the garage area and subsequently my basement where I had had a sump pump malfunction and substantial rainwater backup months before. In each case, he dismissed the concern of mold and explained areas where mold might develop and explanations as to what had probably caused the areas of concern. He was very professional, and helpful and reassuring with clear explanations. AdvantaClean did not charge for this inspection. I would definitely hire them if the need arose."

The crew came in and took the old shingles off and started replacing them on the first day. They were able to finish putting the new shingles on and cleaning up the next morning.
