I am extremely disappointed with this company. They completely wasted my time and money, left the job unfinished, and then disappeared when I asked them to make it right. No customer should ever be treated this way. I feel scammed and taken advantage of. Do not trust this business with your home or your safety.

Madd Lock did a great job following up with since I was in the middle of a move. Landon the locksmith was a bit slower to complete the job than expected, but in the end I cared more about having the job done right than speed as the sliding back door locking mechanism needed to be replaced and it seems the original door was not installed properly. Landon was extremely respectful young man and worked hard to make sure that not only was the work done properly, but that my wife and I knew how to lock and unlock the door. It was a bit more money than expected, but over all I can't say the price was exorbitant since most of the cost was in the part itself and they discounted the labor even though it took longer than expected to get the part installed and working. I would definitely recommend Madd Lock to anyone who needs a locksmith, simply on the basis of their superior customer service. Well done gentlemen. Thank you.

From first contact thru job completion, this company is A+++! It's so important to get a locksmith you can trust and who is licensed, as there are some fake and scary locksmiths out there on Google. (Believe me, I talked to some, and I was pretty freaked out.) We were SUPER relieved to connect with Madd-Lock on Angi's, and Landon was the ultimate professional! Our storm door handle and lock were loose and the handle fell off. We thought we'd need a new one. Landon was expert and honest, and it was a simple quick fix for him, and he had our lock and handle working perfectly in no time! For a very reasonable price! He kept us apprised every step of the way. He was also very patient with me, as I was nervous after the bizarre Google contacts I had made. We put Landon/Madd-Lock into our permanent rolodex for ALL future locksmith needs. Awesome! 10 out of ten!!!

I called because my wife locked her keys in the car. After trying myself for about an hour I called Madd-Lock. He showed up in 20 minutes! He had the car unlocked within a couple of minutes and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely call again if I ever run into the same desperate situation!

Mr. Landon was nice and very knowledgeable. I have an old RX 330 Lexus and my key got jammed in the lock. Landon was able to fix my lock pretty quickly with no problem. I was very pleased. I will be a customer for life.

Madd-Lock is very professional. Before starting work they provide me a price quote that walked me through with pricing before starting work. I wanted service for a rekey due to my home having multiple keys and they were able to provide me with new keys that matched all of my locks so now 1 key works for all locks! Even at the end of service they mentioned that rekeys through their company do include a lifetime warranty and even provided me with a receipt. Definitely pleased and satisfied with the work of Madd-Lock!

Madd-Lock LLC is very fast, professional, and proficient. I was locked out of my home with my kids and after calling they arrived within 30 min. When arriving to my home they explained how everything would go, properly walked me through of their pricing into detail and got me into my home with no damages to my locks.
