Demolition of old deck: Zero mess, and it was a massive rotten cedar deck Build Time: Only delay was weather related, finished within couple wks of estimate Build Quality: Used local craftsman that were so precise with cuts that I'm not entirely sure how they did some of the more complex ones; very sharp looking. **If you compare estimates, as anyone should, and you find cheaper enough to make a difference in your builder decision you will reduce the quality of the finished product not going with this company**"
