"This was a complex retrofit tankless water heater installation and out of 30+ companies called and solicited for this project, Brett and Dunn's HVAC was the only company to 1) entertain performing the installation correctly (gas line sizing and calculations), 2) had prior experiencing working with tankless heaters, and 3) took the time to work with me on a long list of specifications. These are bulletproof systems if the installation is done correctly and Dunn/Brett took the time to ensure the install was on point and everything went smoothly. They also installed a softener and filtration system. Everything went well from bid to install and I highly recommend Brett and Dunn's - will use again as I could not be more pleased!"

He was on time, courteous, knowlegeable and quick. He replaced the two turn off valves under the kitchen sink and also installed the new faucet and sprayer we had purchased. We were very pleased with his work and the attention to our emergency by the office staff. Our kitchen water supply was returned to normal very promptly. Aaron left the worksite clean and neat. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way.
