He met with us again to re-group and figure out if we needed to change our plan for staining and finishing, and he was totally agreeable. We were also worried mid-way because we had never done floors without polyurethane. Mark was totally and completely right! The floors look great with a water based finish, the odor was less offensive and for less time, and the final appearance is beautiful. In all, he was flexible and accommodating to our needs."
