"I called for a quote and Dan was awesome. He arrived on schedule, walked me through everything he recommended. I rent but the carpet had pet odor that needed to be addressed. He gave me the quote wi yay reasonable price and time to think about it. When I was ready, he had me on the schedule within the week. Again he arrived as schedule, well just a few minutes late, but he sent a message an hour prior to let me know. He did an amazing job. The carpet has brightened up, the pet smell is gone!
