We called Reddi Services and Damion was back early the next day to replace the part. He didn't charge us a service call for the second visit and even ran out to find the piece needed (he didn't have the part in his truck so he ran out to find it and charged us just for the part.). We're very satisfied with Reddi Service, have used them several times in the past, and will continue to use their technicians."
