"Project took six days for crew of two. They worked all day, not even taking a lunch break The walk in tub required the removal and replacement of door frame and part of door cripplers to make it wide enough for the new tub. They did a lot of the field fabrication in my garage and they left the garage cleaner than it was when they arrived. The project cost a little over $26,000, and of course I also had another contractor install a tankless water heater so we could use the walk in tub, I have another less complicated bathroom to remodel and I will be asking Top Tier to provide a quote."

"We called to have a heat pump installed, and we got an electric heat system. We have a 119 year old 2 story farmhouse that we are still repairing. We contacted him and they did show up early, however, the workers he had employed at the time did not do much and he was not there to supervise them. It took four days to get it all installed. We have already had to have the unit repaired because the wrong wiring was used, there is no overflow spot so that the condensation does not leak onto our floor. We have to now figure out how to afford replacing this with the correct unit we had originally asked for because he is not willing to help where he messed up. I do not recommend this company because they are not very professional, and do not communicate at all. We were basically told "You are SOL and stuck with what you have." We did not ask for what we received, and he will not fix his mistake."

When the water expands in a hot water heater, it puts pressure on your hot water pipes and can cause leaks or a rupture in the hot water tank under certain conditions. There are many issues that can cause cold showers, but the most likely is a problem with your water heater, especially if other fixtures also don’t get hot water. If it’s just your shower not getting hot water, you likely have a broken or damaged shower cartridge. You can replace this yourself or hire a plumber to do the work for you if you’re not comfortable working with plumbing.
