Yolanda is a wonderful rep for the business. She was on site for delivery of materials and at the closing for a walk through. The workers were hard at it for 3 days and knocked it out of the park!!! The materials are very nice and the color selection the best of the 3 companies that I got bids from. I love that this is a small business, owner operated and locally sourcing the metal from the Amish. Good work and nice people!!

They were very helpful in assisting with insurance claim. Arrived on site to do the work within a few days of insurance approval of replacement of the roof and completed the job in 2 days. Cleanup was immaculate. My neighbors and friends have given great comments on the roof. I cannot express the satisfaction I am with the finished product: just a great job and excellent finished product. I have and would recommend this company to anyone for roofing.

Company was prompt and did good work. I am not sending a review on their work. I was promised a Referral fee of $250 for recommending a large job for them which they did get a contract for and finished this summer. It is now November 17, and still NO referral fee money. I will not recommend them again even though several people have asked.

Always communicates anything that might enhance or delay the expected time line. Very friendly crew and they asked questions along the way to make sure it was the same as the initial concept design discussed.

Customer service, especially Yolande, was top notch. They were fast and efficient. I probably will hire them back to replace siding on my home next fall. My neighbor watched, and was so impressed that he will probably hire them for a roofing repair. (At this writing, we have only 1 item that wasn't done, but should be completed next week. Upon completion with the same quality as the rest of the job, I would change my work quality from 4 stars to 5.) Very responsive!

Fast and excellent work. They also removed 3 chimneys at a fair price. I have referred them to my neighbor which had a metal roof installed. Referred to our friends who also had them install a new roof. Very happy with their work.

I called Gallegos Exteriors and they came out the same day to measure and give us a quote. We signed the contract on a Thursday. The next day the shingles were delivered and the work was done on Monday. They completely removed the old roof, checked for any damage (there was none) and put on the new roof. When they left, everything was cleaned up very well. We did have one screen that got ripped when a shingle hit it. They took the screen off, got it repaired and reinstalled it for us. Great service! I would definitely recommend them.

They replaced the shingles on our roof, the customer service was great and they were there when they said they would be. There wasnâ  t any any unforeseen costs in the project, I would refer them to all my friends.

In my opinion Gallegos Exteriors did an excellent job with our shingle roof replacement from start to finish. They made a good assessment of the project needs and offered a competitive quote. They also indicated ability to complete the project very soon, which was important given our late fall timing. Once we agreed to proceed Yolanda immediately ordered the materials, which were delivered in a couple days. The crew arrived early the next day and completed the work that same day except for minor cleanup and inspection that required the daylight of the next morning. Everything looked great. We were pleased to see that the crew avoided damaging or disturbing anything and were impressed that at least one ground crew member was cleaning up continuously as the work proceeded. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work and that might like it done quickly and efficiently.
