They smoothed and prepped the wall (plaster/lathe/wallpaper - difficult to work with) for me in areas not related to the lighting installation, knowing I’d be painting soon. Fast, friendly, and professional service. They were prepared with all supplies. They cleaned and organized the work space thoroughly before leaving every day they were there (2-3 days). They were responsive and straightforward throughout the project, gave helpful advice when I asked, and sought out ways to save me money. "A to Z came in and ran gas lines for my gas range (convert from electric). Very happy with scheduling, time the project took, and professionalism of plumber! A to Z also converted our wood burning fireplace into an infrared electric fireplace and custom built trim to hold the new fireplace in the opening. My husband and I are elderly and the wood fireplace was of no use to us due to the physical aspects of carrying wood and cleaning ash. The electric fireplace is the perfect solution to add warmth while keeping the utility bills low! I know, "you get what you pay for" but there are lots of things to fix in this house so I have to stretch the budget. They responded immediately to my request for bid, had someone out right away for the estimate, and kept following up until we were able to agree on a date. They convinced me the quality of paint they selected was just fine, and it was. They did everything as agreed, and it turned out great. "Excel told they could replace my roof without any leaking. First time it rained it started leaking in 1 spot. They came out next morning and attempted to fix saying it was probably from high winds while raining and put a little more sealant on a joint but now it’s leaking again and it’s not raining that hard nor much wind this time. I will follow up to let everyone know if they get this fixed. My confidence is fading and if you got a new roof from Excel Metal roofing I wouldn’t just assume it’s not leaking, investigate and pop a few panels to see it there are any signs of leaking, just b/c you can’t see it does not mean it’s dry underneath!"
