We have over 30 years of experience in the field of masonry and chimney cleaning. We ask for 65% up-front for materials and set up fee for masonry projects, with the remainder balance due when project is completed to the customer's satisfaction. Our chimney cleanings are paid in full after the chimney has been cleaned. We leave an inspection report with every chimney cleaning for the homeowners insurance purposes. We also do fireplace inspections. Prices vary on chimney cleaning depending on what type of house, levels, etc.

"Randolph Development (D&D Cabinetry) were perhaps the best part of our entire new home construction. Dan and Danielle Randolph were able to see the vision that we had for our home and they gave creative input that made for a very unique set of custom cabinets! They operate with the utmost attention to detail--we are so pleased with the work they've done for us! Not only did they build the cabinets that we wanted, they also took on some "unfinished" projects that we needed for our new home--fixing a set of antique corbels that we wanted to use on our covered back porch, they also converted an antique fireplace mantel into a beautiful built-in book case that is in the center of our home. We have enjoyed every moment of our involvement with this company...so much so, that we have added a few more jobs to their work list! Like brick, paver, and cobblestone driveways, resin driveways can have intricate patterns using different colors. Aggregates can be laid to create curves, shapes, letters, or numbers. When using custom colors or patterns, homeowners can expect to add an extra $2 to $6 per square foot to achieve their desired look.

While some areas may allow for a slope of up to 20%, this is often the maximum slope for driveways, with a few exceptions of up to 25%. Other regions may have a maximum of 12%, 15%, or 18%, so check with your local building department to ensure you’re laying a driveway that is up to code for your location.

You’ll first need to install a base underneath your pavers for extra stability and drainage. Otherwise, the pavers can sink into the ground, and you’ll have to reinstall them. Use a base gravel layer of 4 to 6 inches for walkways and 10 to 12 inches for driveways. Compact your gravel layer every 2 to 4 inches so it’s nice and solid. After you install your gravel base, apply a 1-inch layer of sand on top.

Adhere pavers to concrete with either mortar or a concrete-specific adhesive. In most cases, you will also need to lay a permeable sand layer below the pavers to encourage proper stability and drainage in your transformed patio, porch, or driveway. To lay pavers like a pro, always make sure you take the proper preparatory steps before adhering them directly to the concrete.

Compared to options like concrete, asphalt, and pavers, resin driveways are far more flexible. As a result, they are more durable against chipping and cracking. Their bonded surface allows them to withstand extreme cold and heat without succumbing to the warping or cracking caused by freeze-thaw cycles. In addition, resin driveways are easy to clean and maintain.
