"Had previously contacted a business to give us a quote last November, and when we were ready to begin our project this summer, we could not get ahold of them again. "Even with the delay with some machinery and waiting on the weather to cooperate, Mr Byassee was on the ball to explain the process and risks of paving without the machine that needed repair.
