His crew called to say they would be later than planned because of an unexpected delay at the preceding job site. "The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."

"I called in at 2:30 AM and ii got an answering machine. I had left messages at 2 other companies so I thought "what the heck, I might as well see if this company will return my call." With-in 10 min I had a call back and they had a tech out witth-in the hour. The man I spoke with on the phone went through step by step what I needed to do to shut off the water because it was leaking all over my floor. They were prompt and had wonderful customer service. The tech had a badge on with his picture and the company name which made me feel very secure to let them into my home in the middle of the night. I can not say enugh about Reeds 24HR Plumbing. I would use them again and would definatlty recommend them to my friends and family. OH and the cost was very reasonable for having to come out in the middle of the night!
