"Jesse and the other installers did an outstanding job of replacing our windows, they are beautiful. They also did a great job of removing and replacing the rotted wood. I am amazed at how well the colors we chose for the frames and the trim match our house; I like that we had a variety of colors to choose from. "The installers were courteous and professional. The only problem is one of the windows was delivered defective. The company quickly promised to repair it but so far has not even scheduled a repair. I don't mind if its weeks/months out, but I do want to be on the schedule. Otherwise it seems like once they had our money, they stopped caring."
