Fine. No problem. I called and told him the problem, with the loose board. He got the replacement......stained it and put it on for me....took about an hour. Had it on and caulked.

His name is Stewart Burley. He is a nice young man. He gets the work done. He doesn't ask a lot of questions. I can tell him what to do and leave him and he does it. I set the price. I have them on retainer and they come out whenever the grass gets tall. I am very pleased. They are also handyman and they recently stained a building for us. They did a good job on that too. They also do exterior painting. He does all our small stuff including roofing.
