Very well. So professional and respectful and clean. Educated us on our sink and how to maintain the drainage. Tony R. was the technitian and I can not speak more highly of his professionalism.

Settling of house broke PVC main sewage line. Company responded immediately, used camera diagnosis to assess damage and location, and repaired effectively and quickly. Good folks.

Uncharacteristically for our older home, the job went smoothly. We were very pleased that someone could come out the next day since the tank was leaking and we were about to leave on a vacation. Vance was polite and professional. No complaints!

He gave me two options for repair, one considerably more expensive. He then explained that that probably wasn't necessary and offered a much simpler fix. He could have easily convinced me that it needed a complex and expensive solution, but he didn't. I really appreciate that. Very professional.

Fixed without replacing

Jeremy just walked out the door but, so far so good. We feel pretty confident he fixed the problem. He had to cut a hole in our dining room ceiling to access the pipe and replace an old copper piece. We've relied on Mr. Plumber before and have been happy with their work. This is the second time they've sent Jeremy to us and we really appreciate him (they sent somebody else once and he was good too but I never got his name). He walked us through the problem and showed us as much of the repair process as he could. He was polite and professional and didn't leave a mess.

They guys came out twice, actually. First time they searched the attic for obvious issues and found one. We thought that the problem was fixed, but we still continued to have a gas leak, so the guys came back and performed the smoke test. This is obviously the last thing you want to do, because it can become complicated with a finished basement and very time consuming. Plus be prepared to paint if the guys have to look behind the sheet rock. Anyway the guys found the leak which was an open sewer pipe vent, which was up in the ceiling. There has been no smell since!

Tom was great to work with as well as his helper Marick. They worked quickly and added all the necessary plumbing to my basement for the new bathroom. Highly recommend.

Very professional. Very tidy, very helpful re: explaining to me what needed to be done and frankly, what didn't need to be done (vs what my friends and relatives had said needed to be done). Found Tyson to be honest, efficient and very thorough. Seems that these days a good plumber is hard to come by and I'm grateful to have found one.

Used him twice. He wasn't available for the second house and the inspector from another company said he couldn't do the service because he couldn't access the stack. Mr. Plumber was able to access the stack and provided a thorough written report and a video on a thumb drive. Great service! Especially in contrast to the other provider.

In two words - not great.
We initially had them out, at the recommendation of our realtor, for a sewer inspection in the process of purchasing our home. Our first appointment was scheduled on a Friday between 11 & 12. They did not call to say they were running behind. So around 12:30 I called to make sure we hadn't gotten overlooked. I was told that the guy was on his way. Around 1, our realtor called to check again and again we were told they were on their way - probably 30 minutes out. Since we did not own the house at this point and our appointment with the homeowner for inspections was from 8:30-12, we were now inconveniencing the homeowner as well. They finally arrived around 2pm to get started.
Once they got started the inspection process didn't take long...mostly because the camera equipment that they brought was only 100 feet. It wasn't long enough to reach from the clean outs in the house that we found to the main tap at the city sewer.  On top of that, with the camera they brought they did not have the capability to record their findings which I had specifically asked for. Basically at the end of this visit - I had no confidence in the inspection because they couldn't reach the main line and I had no proof as to what we had found so far because they weren't able to record it.  After discussions with our realtor, we decided to request access to the home the following Monday or Tuesday so that they could bring a longer camera and try again.
Over the weekend our realtor called or texted the owner several times to make sure that they were going to arrive on time and with the right equipment so as not to inconvenience us or the current homeowners any more than necessary. They came with the medium length camera (their longest was being repaired in the shop) and on time with the ability to record their findings. However - no fault of theirs - we were still unable to reach the main tap based on the 2 clean outs that we knew existed. Their recommendation was that all was well with the pipes structurally but they would recommend that we get them jet sprayed to reduce the grease build up that could result in a back up someday. Given the tardiness issue and not having the right equipment and the inconvenience caused by all of that they charged us a reduced rate for our trouble which was nice of them.
Fast forward a few weeks and we are the new owners of the house. Given that their tardiness seemed to be an isolated incident and they were friendly and seemed to know what they were talking about with regard to the plumbing issues and the fact that our realtor has used them so many times in the past without incident, we decided to hire them again to jet spray the pipes. About 1 1/2 weeks in advance I scheduled for them to come out 4/3 between 9 & 10 am. This time they at least called to say that they would be late and then called again to let us know they were on their way. However, they didn't arrive until 11:45. The guy did the work and said that he thought he got it all but the only way to be sure was to pay for another camera inspection to visually verify the results. On some level this seems like the classic bait and switch to me. I hired them to do a job for a set price, they come and do that job for that price but then tell me that if I really want to be sure that it worked that I would need to pay them an additional $145. We agreed on the condition that they were able to bring their longest camera and check the whole line this time because we had already paid for them to 'almost' check the whole line 3 weeks earlier. They had to bring out another technician that had their longest hose which meant more waiting on our part. With the first run with their longest camera, same thing happened - they couldn't get to the end. However, since the previous owners things were no longer in the house we had found another clean-out that was buried behind all of the other owners things during our first visit so we decided to give that a try. Finally we had success at getting to the main line and were able to 100% verify that all was well with the sewer pipes.
At the end of the day, we won't be hiring them again primarily based on the fact that they can't seem to make it to their appointments on time or within a reasonable amount of time...even after second chances.  My time is just as valuable as theirs and if I were to charge them their hourly rate based on how late they were then I probably wouldn't have had to pay for their service at all. We ended up paying $245 more for their service than we had planned and that's no fun for any homeowner.
As a side note, our realtor  has used this company many times in the past without trouble so maybe it's just our experience where they seem to be disrespectful of our time and can't seem to bring the right equipment to do the job.

Plumbing issues solved.

Called on a Saturday for same-day service as this is my only full bathroom.  Plumber called when he was on his way out.  He used hand crank to clean out drain and test before leaving.  Left area clean.  Very professional.  I've used Mr Plumber in the past and really like them.

they were very professional, exceptional customer service skills.  They went right to work to find the root cause of the problem, they kept me informed along the way with their findings and resolution.  Clogs was cleared, they acutally sprayed the basement down and cleaned all the grime that was associated with the clog.  I will definately refer them to all my friends and family.

Excellent service. We called Mr Plumber for an emergency service due to our furnace heater problem during the cold winter week. We could schedule and got an appointment immediately on the next day. Our former HVAC technician couldn't fix the problem, saying we need a new part (air handler) to replace; and it could cost us $3200! Luckily, we did not believe them. We then called Mr Plumber and he spent less than 45 minutes to diagnose and repair the actual problem. Our furnace works like new again and we've had no issues at all since! The work was done perfectly and professionally. I would hire My Plumber again to handle my property problems in the future without hesitation.

It went exceptionally well.  Chad, I think was his name, was very polite, professional and determined to find out where the problem was coming from and what other drains were affected.  He explained as he went along.  Our bathtub hasn't drained this well since we moved into the house in 2008.  He also fixed the overflow drain on the tub, which I didn't know was not working properly.  I'll call them back for all my future problems without hesitation.

He's good and I would recommend them.

My overall experience with him was good. He was late but I understand that because he was on another job. He have me $5 off because I am a senior citizen.

The service and professionalism I received on both service calls was top notch.  They were fast and fixed the problem the first time.  Both service men we polite and knowledgeable.  I will certainly be calling this company again.

I used this company and they were  fantastic.  I referred then to my sister who also was super impressed, and my sister isn't impressed often.  
For both jobs, they got the job done that 3 previous plumbers couldn't fix.   I will always use this company from now on, even if I have to wait to get appointment.  
My sister was so sure her job was going to be a difficult all day whopper of a job because she had also had three plumbers who misdiagnosed her leak and said it was hidden behind walls.   She was sure they would need to rip out ceiling and wall.  She even took the entire day off because she just knew it would take nearly all day.  
She wrote me in an email after they were done:   
"Finished in 1 hour.  No breaking of walls.  He turned off the water to the toilet shut off valve at toilet.  Pulled the tank off put a new seal in the tank and put new bolts in.  he also fixed a leak under their sink.  2 of them james and josh.  Supposed to be 9AM  got here at 10:30
but hey they diagnosed it as toilet immediately."  Total for the job $150.
