"They responded very quickly and sounded very knowledgeable. The test results were sent the following day. This is a minor thing but the inspector talked in technical terms which I did not understand. I wish he could have explained more. However, on the report I received all the technical terms were clearly defined in a way I could understand. A suggestion would be to provide the customer with the explanation of thes terms at the time if the inspection or talk to the customer in terms they can understand."

"Mike at Mold One was incredibly helpful. He gave me great information and lined up an appointment quickly for mold remediation. My wife has struggled literally her entire life with being sick and unwell and having chronic headaches and fatigue and poor sleep and mood swings and food allergies and the list goes on. About 2 months after the mold treatment, I was working on replacing my roof. A micro-storm came out of nowhere while I had the roof open and absolutely SOAKED everything. We had water dripping through the light fixtures inside and huge water spots showing all over our ceilings. This was hugely discouraging. After the storm passed, I called Mike and explained the whole thing and asked his advice since now we're a pitri dish for mold. Mike offered to send his guys back out to re-treat our home for free and consider it covered by warranty, even though it would have been easy and obvious to consider this new water damage not covered by warranty. I can't say enough of how great Mold One and Mike have been, and what a life changing impact their mold treatment of our home has had on my wife. Thank God that he led us to this solution for my family's health."

"My review is tiered because the overall service seems to run on tiers. The technician was great. Very personable and professional. 5 stars for his work. Your tests get sent to the lab. The lab explains the results and recommends a company for a DIY solution. This is where things start to fall apart. The company you get referred to has abysmal reviews and the sales pitch feels extremely predatory. That taints my opinion of the lab results which would be teamed up with a business they probably shouldn't recommend. We're planning on either an independent company locally to get a quote from for any remediations we will take or even see what home depot has to offer. In any event please read the reviews of BioCide, the company they will recommend you use. We're still not sure we even have a real problem if they are working together."

"Jeremiah came out and tested the air and moisture and other items to determine if I had mold in my basement. After getting the test results there was evidence of mold and he recommended a company that provides a do it yourself kit for mold remediation. (Not cheap). After getting the items and realizing that there was more work, it would have been better for me to let my insurance company handle this as I do have coverage for mold/fungi. Though having a professional do the work is expensive, from what Jeremiah mentioned, it does not guarantee that the work will be complete or the source of the problem taken care of. He mentioned most companies will take care of the mold but not necessarily the cause of the mold. For this I would have to contact another company."

"I used Scope Environmental recently to test floor tile and the underlying mastic to determine if either contained asbestos. I selected Scope because Jeff was very responsive, professional, independent of the abatement companies and his price was competitive. Jeff suggested testing both the tiles and mastic. The tiles tested positive for asbestos but the mastic contained no asbestos. As a result, I saved considerable expense by abating the tiles only and not the mastic so I also used Scope again for the post abatement air testing rather than the abatement company. I would hire Scope again for material and air testing for asbestos, mold or any other potentially toxic materials."

"The provider was extremely professional.  He did two chimney's although I had originally only indicated service for 1 as well as did the tuck pointing for the one fireplace. 
He walked me through in detailed all of the steps and reviewed with me all of the changes that they made and the service and additional costs were clearly indicated prior to work being completed. 
After cleaning the chimney they clean up their mess and the one chimney that was in the basement had concrete dust from a sump pump I had put in and they cleaned that up too. 
Additionally, he went back and corrected something he did not find to his standard even though I don't know that I would have noticed. 
I would definitely recommended him to others.
