"The negative: I was told that the workers would be arriving between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. and they did not. The owner had a Covid19 meeting the day of my install and I was not informed that they would be arriving at 10:45 a.m. because of this meeting. I had to call and find out where they were and why they were running late. The job was supposed to be a 1 day job, and may have been if they showed up at the normal hours, but since they showed up closer to 11 they had to rush to finish in one day. Because of the rushing, the workmanship was less. If the company would have told them that they could do the job in 2 days, I believe the work would have been done right the first time. Now for the positive: When I told the company that I was not happy with the work, as well as the communication, they were very helpful in making things right. The operations manager came to my house and stated that the work would be redone and it was. They came back and fixed things that needed fixed and I am happy that they kept their side of the bargain. This is why I will recommend them to others. They made a mistake and they fixed it. Thank you for that."

"Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."
