Best remodel designers near Ballwin, MO

"Project: Master Bath Remodel - I had an idea for my master bath and AKB owner/designer John B created a fantastic design with a drawing and turned it into reality. The drawing was very detailed that took away a lot of guessing (and anxiety) of what to expect from start to finish. It was great working with John B who became a friend in the end. He is very knowledgeable with vast experience, trustworthy and very professional. I would definitely hire him again in a heartbeat for my next project. -Felix H. - Sunset Hills, MO"

"We love the final product. They did a good job coordinating all the professionals between flooring, tile, electric, plumbing, etc. They also worked well with the designer at RSI who designed the kitchen and supplied the cabinets, counters and floors. Cost below is total. Labor was $68,390. Job did take 4 months, but it was a very old city home (built in 1896). But we couldn't be happier now."

"Dana King DB&R is a fun company to work with. We are now on our third project with them. 2 bathroom remodels and now we are in the middle of remodeling a hearth room and a dining room. I love the results we have had in the past. Very good design work, creative solutions, quality products and workmanship. The designers, managers, staff and trades people you work with are all very approachable and down to earth. Your final price will not be inexpensive but you will get what you want and that is important. If something isn’t quite right at first, they will fix it. My 1970s house is getting prettier, updated and more useable thanks to Dana King and her great group. They are also very good at understanding “age in place” meaning that your house can evolve and be better equipped to work for you as you age. We want to stay in our house a long time. I definitely do recommend Dana King Design Build and Remodel."

"Power 2 Construction & Remodeling nailed our full basement remodel and the finished project is exactly what we envisioned. Randy was always available to talk, consult on our vision, and kept us up to date on the entire process. Fully satisfied with price, quality, and the timeline it took. We would use them again for any future projects. It is hard to trust someone with such a big project but you won’t go wrong hiring Power 2 Construction & Remodeling for your next job!"

"We hired MH Construction for a kitchen renovation, and we are thrilled with their work! Mike and his team were excellent from start to finish. Mike kept in regular contact with us throughout the process, answering our questions and working out the design. He and his team were amazingly efficient, often getting more completed each day than we’d anticipated, and they were polite, professional, and always kept the work area clean and safe. They also went the extra mile and conscientiously fixed unexpected issues they found, including several smaller electrical and plumbing glitches. Best of all, we couldn’t be happier with the end product: our kitchen is beautiful and more functional than ever. We’ll recommend MH Construction to all of our friends, and we’d be delighted to hire them again in the future!"

"Our home is 20 years old and due to some things that the original builders did during construction, we had excessive floor noise (squeaks and creaks) and the overall floor performance wasn't what it should be. I found Gary and Kimberlin Construction here, and after reviewing the site, talking to Gary, and sharing the specifics of our situation, he and his team were the right folks to come in and help us out. The overall job took three days, and I'm extremely happy with the results. The floor feels much better when walking on it, and the squeaks and creaks have effectively been eliminated. Throughout the job Gary and his team were professional, always on time, and took the time to both listen to the info that I shard, as well as explained what exactly they were going to do as well as what they did. They worked in a safe manner while in our home, something that is so important given the situation with COVID. The price was quite reasonable for the work that was done, and if I had to do it all over again I would. I whole-heartedly recommend Kimberlin Construction for any work that you need done, and I will certainly be using them again as needed for other repair or remodeling projects."

"Darryll and his crew (Josh, Mike, Nick and James) did a great job on all of our home and remodeling projects and they were great to work with. Whenever we had questions about anything Darryll and his crew were always helpful and answered them all. Josh was very meticulous about doing everything right in the bathroom remodel and it looks beautiful! The guys were always on time and they cleaned up really well at the end of the day. They were very friendly and professional and we will definitely use them again! We love our new spaces!"

"Would also like to thank Peter for the initial planning of my bathroom demo and remodel. Peter was instrumental in planning the design. He had great ideas and was fun to work with. He went above and beyond to make this project happen."

"Awesome Team! Went above and beyond in all aspects. We did bathroom, kitchen remodel, new flooring throughout, electrical and painting. Very pleased with how it turned out."
