I found this company online. While they were not able to get started on our project for a few months, it was well worth the wait. Services were initiated by Peter, who was kind and upfront with us about the entire process. We interviewed (3) companies and got (3) bids. Mike did the master bath remodel, and his craftsmanship was excellent. Our bathroom turned out very nice and we absolutely love it.

Mike and Peter were great to work with. Both were responsive whenever we reached out for updates during the planning phase and through the whole project whenever we had questions. Peter was amazing and the most prepared the quotes we got. When he came out to give us a quote, he had a bunch of samples for us to pick from for the floors, onyx panels, and cabinets so we could see them side by side. I later wanted to add a few things to be done, and Peter was flexible and fair with including those extras. Mike was awesome. He has an eye for detail and it shows. He did not get annoyed when we had questions and answered everything professionally. If we told him anything seemed a bit off, he was quick to fix it. He showed up every day we expected him to. If he was running late he let me know early. The end result is everything we hoped for and the process was way lower stress than I anticipated. Skillcrafters will be our first call for future projects!

We needed our main bathroom remodeled for a LONG time! Living in our house for 20 years + builder grade fixtures = itâ s time! Updated two upstairs bathrooms in my forty year old condo. The bid price was competitive and fair. Peter Kemp, co-owner did an excellent job helping me customize using quality materials and providing access to multiple vendors. When material arrived, the work was completed quickly and efficiently. Mike Mueller, company president and job supervisor, came by every day to inspect work in progress. Peter and Mike were fantastic to work with and made my dated bathroom a work of art! It was a major makeover and Mike and Clayton worked hard to get the job done sooner than the projected finish date. They were very considerate (and patient) with my pets who kept wanting to check their progress. They were always in good humor and fun to chat with. I can’t say enough about the work ethic and quality of work by the worker, he was mostly prompt as he had to travel from St. Charles to our house down by the JB bridge and would work late. We have recommended them to others as the quality of the work is excellent.

I purposely delayed writing this review until we had used the remodeled bathrooms and laundry room for a time. The work was exceptional and no major issues have arisen. Mikey and Jacob are excellent craftsmen and the work shows their pride in doing an excellent job. The cabinets are great, the closet doors that were custom made to accommodate the unusual sizes were also done well, and we love, love the Onyx countertops, shower stall, and bathtub walls. The plumbing was done correctly and no issues have been discovered. There are 3 minor issues that need to be resolved but they do not impact the overall function of the rooms. We will recommend this company.
