I do feel that the way the fees were explained to me on the phone was $100 for an inspection and diagnosis with an additional $100 fee for the repair, however I had already diagnosed the problem and the tech had the parts prior to arriving that there might be at least a partial discount since he was able to acquire the parts prior to arrival which saved him time and mileage to pick up parts."
