"It worked out okay but they charged us extra because they had to get up on a ladder but it wasn't a ladder, it was a footstool. They were going to charge us 25 for standing on the ladder, then the manager called and just charged us 10 which is still annoying. We figured we'd not use them again because of it. We've had it done before and it was a different process that they used. The process they used made a mess outside, it sprayed the pieces of lint allover. They tried to use their compressor to blow it all away but it didn't. Overall they did what we needed them to do. They were very polite and two of them wanted to explain the process to me. Three guys came."
