"oven would shut off at high temps and door would lock. first visit reset controls to factory settings thinking power outages caused problem, service call fee only. Tried oven next day same problem as before. Called and they were out the next day. Diagnostics check revealed control panel was bad. Prepaid for order of new control panel. New panel was received and installed within 5 days with no additional service fees. Oven now works normal."
