"We had 9 light fixtures changed, and lights changed to LEDs. Total LEDs changed were 4 in a large ceiling fixture, 2 in a hall, 9 in three bathroom and 10more in ceiling mounted lights. Casey did this and cleaned up in about 4 hours!!!! amazing! We will always use them."

"Everything from the quote through installation was great. Highly recommend. They even went above and beyond by cleaning our existing ceiling fan. It was covered in dust bunnies, so while they had the extra tall ladder used to change out the can lights in our two story great room they took the initiative to do that as well!"

"It went great, I was selling my house and some electrical work was needed after the inspector flagged some things and closing date was coming quick. I got a hold of Jeff and he came to the house and said no problem we can take care of it. Very happy with the work that was done."

"I have a light fixture in my foyer that is about 22 ft up.  I had a roof replaced and after it was completed I could not figure out why my light did not work.  After doing due diligence I figured out that I needed a professional.
They cam on time set up the ladder and soon found my problem.  After the repair they repositioned my lights and cleaned up the little mess and was off.
It was a quick job and they where on their way.
I would use them again.

"Arrived early. Found cause of problem quickly and fixed it. I showed other issues and fixed those quickly also. I will have him come out again to install new lights I want to buy."

Chandelier Installation questions, answered by experts

Generally speaking, you can install one recessed light for every 4 to 6 square feet. A 12x12 room is 144 square feet, which would need 24 to 36 recessed lights. The wattage you use for the light bulbs and the height of your ceilings can also impact the number of recessed lights you need for a 12x12 room.

The light that your ceiling light gives off will largely depend on the type of light bulb that’s installed in it. If you’re looking to brighten a dark room, LED bulbs are the way to go. LED bulbs will emit the most light while also using less energy than standard bulbs. They can last up to 50,000 hours and will need to be replaced much less often than standard bulbs.

Incandescent lights are glass bulbs with metallic filaments inside, while LEDs feature “light emitting diodes” that illuminate when they come in contact with an electrical current. You can buy either for your Christmas lights, but note that LED lights are more energy-efficient and have a longer lifespan.

Yes, a handyperson can install a new light fixture in place of an existing fixture. A handyperson typically cannot complete significant electrical work or change a home's wiring. If you want to install a light fixture in a new location, consult a properly licensed and insured electrician according to your local regulations.

It’s possible to remove a new construction recessed light without getting into your attic, though it’s a bigger job. You’ll need to identify the joist locations using a stud finder, then cut a square hole in the drywall of your ceiling to remove the fasteners holding the fixture. After removing the light, you’ll have to patch and paint the ceiling again.
