Once I had called the office to make my down payment, they called to schedule the start of the work before I expected them to, which was a welcomed surprise. Colin did most of the work in our home. He was pleasant, professional, clean, and was able to complete the rough-in without any issues. Rough-in passed inspection on the first try, and I scheduled the final for after drywall had been installed. Colin returned for the finish and had everything completed in one day. The next day, we passed final inspection with no issues. We are very happy with the work, and everything works as described. I had used other companies with less desirable results. Upon removing the old light fixture he determined that the replacement fan unit was larger than the unit being replaced. Unfazed he removed (after some effort due to the age of the unit) the old fan, enlarged the opening, and installed the new fan and light fixture.
