Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. Darrell was my sales representative that came to the house and inspected my system and provide multiple quotes for different systems at different price points. He was great at answering all my questions and walking me through all the options. I appreciated the honest feedback and recommendations he made. I ended up replacing the AC condenser, furnace and water heater. Darrell was able to schedule the appointment for someone to come out and remove the condenser on a Friday to allow me the weekend to work on the footing. Then the guys came out on a Monday and from 8am-1pm was able to replace everything and hauled all the equipment and trash away. The install was very professional and clean. The guys answered all my questions and were great to make sure everything was working. Overall, McIntosh Heating & Cooling are amazing to work with from the time you call to the end of the project.
