"The gentleman who came was punctual and polite. He was easy to talk to and took into mind our thoughts. We had wanted a big sunroom but found that certain design constraints by the city were an issue. My negative experience was after the quote was generated. We never like to make a decision right away and want to talk about timing before making a decision. But this person and his boss kept saying, "What can we do to make you change your mind?" I got really mad about it because I would like to get additional information and quotes. I felt that making this type of push gave me a negative impression about their company, which i had a positive view of initially. I will post an update should we decide to move forward.
