"Great contractor, inspected fireplace, detailed list of safety concerns on a 46 yr old house. Detailed description of work & materials to bring chimney to pass safety inspection. Gutted old tile flue then replaced with a SS liner, topped with a terra-cotta topper sealed top with new concrete and a BDM Chimney-A-Lator SS Damper. In addition the firebox and lower chimney was tuck pointed/sealed. The crew was very clean, polite, hard working and professional. Did a Great Job. I would recommend this company for any services they offer."

"The whole process went very well.  When we visited the showroom, the sales rep (Ken) was very helpful.  He provided a quote and advised that a state fair special was coming up which could reduce the price.  Ken was responsive to follow-up E-mails and did apply the state fair discount when we decided to move forward.  There were 3 appointments.  The first was for their rep to review the project area and make sure what was proposed would work.  The next 2 were installation, gas, electrical, inspections, and instructions.  We understood what was going to happen during each of the appointments and all of the appointments were kept and were on time.  I filled out a survey card and advised that there was a small scratch on the front of the screen door.  They have offered to come and spray paint the area.  We're not sure yet if we will do that as the scratch is not very noticeable and we're not sure how the spray painting would turn out.
