Commercial Chimney or Fireplace Cleaning and Inspection
This is the second time we used Able Chimney sweeps. Will did a fantastic job cleaning our Fireplace. Great customer service. Showed me photos after the cleaning and definitely will be using this company again. I highly recommend anyone that needs their chimney cleaned.

Our wood burning fireplace leaks smoke into our house. Able Chimney Sweeps cleaned the chimney and inspected a with a camera. They gave us options to fix the chimney and are working on a quote.

He is excellent in professionalism and in creating trust by discussing common sense maintenance that should be considered and not pressure add on sales. I would give Able Chimney Sweeps a 10 if I could. From start to finish, their help in setting up the times, the promptness is service, the professionalism of the workmen and office staff, and the repairs done were terrific (and at a third of the cost that our home inspector suggested it might be). The customer service rep that scheduled my appointment was very personable and friendly. As for the technician, Albert, this was my second interaction with him. Both times he was great to work with. I can tell he is very thorough, but more importantly, he is very pleasant and takes the time to make sure all my questions are answered. I appreciate he is not short with answering me, and shows videos and walks through what he is seeing. I trust the service they provided me and will continue to use them!

Technician was on time, friendly and efficient. He performed the cleaning and inspection quickly and thoroughly and answered a couple of questions we had regarding the operation of the woodstove insert. Price was discounted from the original quote based on the work performed for this installation. Top notch performance by the Tech all-around.

I knew that we had been having some issues with the cap. I asked them if they could do both. They said they'd do the cleaning and then give me an estimate to do the repair. They then had to come back to fix the cap, which I ended up having to pay a second visit fee for instead of them doing both services at the same time. I would have preferred they do both services in one visit. Michael, the tech they sent out, was absolutely awesome. He was super friendly and professional. Other than the issue of paying two visit fees, I was pleased with the service.

Hired Able Chimney Sweeps to performing cleaning and inspection of my one story chimney that is mortar with clay tiles / wood burning. Service started promptly at appointment time. Here are highlights: - Shoes were removed each time the individual went in and out of home; - Tarps were laid down to protect wood floor; - Chimney was vacuumed; - Chimney was inspected with rotating camera (I observed and was explained everything from mortar joints, et. al.); - Chimney crown and caps were inspected on roof; - Discussed overall findings; and - Paid via Square app on phone. Note: appointment took approximately one hour. I would hire and recommend again. Cost was $159.00 + tax at 7.525% = $170.96

Everything went very well. Mike came out and cleaned out the firebox and chimney, and then performed an inspection of both the interior and exterior of the chimney. He then provided a list of recommendations for any potential repairs, and sent an estimate one day later.

Very pleasant company to deal with. From the email conversations to schedule, and the actual appointment. I scheduled the full package but upon the actual visit he suggested that it wasn't necessary and didn't want me to pay for something that wasn't needed. He walked me through care of the fireplace, and some common factors. He wore protectors over his shoes so not to make my carpet dirty, cleaned up after himself, and was overall very pleasant. Upon Payment they forgot to deduct my angie's list price already paid, they were swift in email response to handle the situation and mail me a check for the amount. Highly recommend!
