The installation was done professionally and a day earlier than expected. We are still having trouble getting one car hooked up to it and were basically told to call the car company for help...I would have expected a little more help from the installing company on this point.

Service was excellent, and they charged me less than the quote. Also helped with an additional repair I hadn t noticed at a very low price. Much better company than their competitors in the area

It took a while for him to get back to me. He came and looked at what needed to be done quickly but forgot who I was and that he was even at my house. I had to call and remind him. They came to install the garage door openers and they work well, except there are no bulbs in the lights. I guess I would think that would be included as the guys are up there installing everything anyway and we pain $770.00.

Met my expectations.

They filled my empty garbage can with Styrofoam from boxes containing what they installed. They were overpriced.

Owner called me back ASAP and was very accommodating and prompt! Pricing very competitive. Highly recommend !

They charged $50.00 higher than their quote. I had to call them on the day that we had it scheduled. They said they were going to call me to be at my house with time but didnt.

The technician showed up and diagnosed the problem but got it slightly wrong. Contacted the manufacturer and found that there is a lifetime warranty on the garage door opener. Explained the issue and they sent the part. Easily installed it and everything works fine! The technician charged $100 to come and look at it, which was a waste of money since the manufacturer provided a different diagnosis with a free part which solved the problem! I should have contacted the manufacturer first!

no contractor is perfect. You always have to pay attention. 4 season overhead doors did a good job for me. If I had wanted to have a 5.0 job done then I should have payed better attention to give them good directions. They don't read minds. my fault.

I used home advisor and after submitting my ticket I was contacted by phone within 20 minutes. Then my apt was scheduled the next day... and at a very reasonable price. They came as expected and completed the work very quickly and professionally. Would use them again in a heart beat!

I thought the garage door opener would have a "light when it opens" but did not and i was not told before purchase, i thought it would obviously have "two remote openers" but it did not an extra charge and i was not told ahead of time, one of the "upper supporting brackets" for the new garage door opener replacement did not match and one was added for extra money and i was not told ahead of time, i miss the missing light every time i open the garage door, if the representative would have told me then i would have paid more money for a better model

Staff showed very good customer service.

He quoted approximate 150.00 to replace part. Had to order part and then returned several days later and he fixed and now working. Then, he charged 210.00 - 45.00 for diagnosing problem and part was a little more then quoted which is understandable but should have mentioned the charge for original stop.

We were very pleased with the repairs. The owner and his workers were very reliable and communicative. They clearly knew what they were doing. I rated value for money at 3 only because i was told I would be sent a bill, but the worker, in the end, wanted payment on the spot, which was okay but not what I expected. I never received a receipt or a bill. On the whole, we were satisfied.
