They were excellent. I highly recommend. Thorough, friendly, and we have a challenging location to base the equipment from. They did an excellent job and cleaned up everything when they were done, and the cost was reasonable and fair.

never called me back, if these businesses are soooooo busy why not hire a couple temp workers? make more $$$ for the company, rent a couple of extra mowers, if its still busy, keep them on, instead of just ignoring people, a call back would be nice, perhaps he has someone else to suggest?

I brought my snowblower in to have two parts replaced, the coil and oil fill plug. This was my request. When I picked up the snowblower neither part had been replaced, instead they did an oil change and tune up for a total cost of $225. After this unwanted service for $225, my snowblower does not run. The owner told me I should have talked to him when I brought in the snowblower instead of his son, how was I supposed to know that. The owner then told me for about an additional $150 he would replace the coil, but it was not a job he liked to do. Fortunately I complained to the owners wife and she lowered the charge. I did not leave the blower with them, I will find a reliable service place to take my snowblower.

Mobile Engine DoctorDid not use; requested an estimate on cost and what I received was an email notice of when they would be at my residence and information on where to leave the washer, not to engage them with conversation, etc. There was no cost estimate information provided. After I responded to them that I wanted to cancel because no cost estimate had been provided, they did come back with their cost schedule. I would think a cost estimate would be provided before steps were taken to automatically schedule an appointment.- Dave N.

AngiI am experienced at submitting Angie’s list reviews. I submitted my vendor review on 10/6 online. I compared my review submitted to the Angie’s list review posted, it had multiple errors from my review submitted. Long story short, after 3 different attempts, multiple days apart, Agnie’s list employees were unable to correct multiple errors pointed out to them via phone and actually deleted the conclusion paragraph on my third attempt. I ask for a Customer Care Supervisor to call me that day and leave a phone # and time to correct/discuss their review problems. After no contact, I told them to delete the entire review and I would resubmit the review on 10/16. On 10/16….14 hours later I got an email (No call) from a Supervisor saying “since I resubmitted the report all has been resolved”. Again I compared my review submitted with the Angies’s list review posted, it had the exact same multiple errors again! I ask for a Customer Care Supervisor to call me that day and leave a phone # and time to correct/discuss their review problems. On 10/16, I again I requested a phone # and time to contact them. On 10/21, a different Customer Care Supervisor, Stephanie Craft called but did not leave a phone # and time to contact her. Her follow up email stated she saw one error and would submit it to the Review Integrity Dept. and IT. Stephanie Craft emailed she would get back to me and let me know what she found out. I emailed her back that day saying there were multiple errors that needed correction not just one! Again via email, ask her to contact me leaving a phone# and time to contact her. NO CONTACT AS OF THIS DATE 12/7 BY ANGIE’S LIST CUSTOMER CARE SUPERVISORS AS PROMISED. NO CORRECTIONS OF MULTIPLE ERRORS ON THE REPORT HAVE BEEN DONE. I CAN NOT RELY ON ACCURATE REVIEWS SUBMITTED TO ANGIE’S LIST TO BE POSTED CORRECTLY. I CAN NOT RELY ON ANGIE’S LIST EMPLOYEES TO CORRECT A REVIEW OR CONTACT YOU WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. IT APPEARS THEY ARE MORE INTERESTED IN OBTAINING LISTINGS AND COMMISSIONS OFF THEIR COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS. I WILL NO LONGER GIVE ANGIE’S LIST MY BUSINESS, DUE TO INACCURATE REPORTS THAT CAN NOT BE REPLIED UPON.- Robert P.

Painters GearI usually do not write reviews, but I need to warn people about the customer service I just received. I dropped off my $400+ Wagner Paint sprayer to get cleaned out before COVID hit and was told they were backed up 2-3 months. I called in June and they said they hadn't gotten to it yet and I totally understood and tried to be patient given the back up and covid. I call back today trying to get some type of update and they told me that they tried to call me to inform me my sprayer was broken and couldn't be fixed and was thrown out. How is that legal? I never received a phone call or a voicemail. I would like to see phone records showing that I was called. This is ridiculous and sounds like something fraudulent is going on here. Will never use the place again or recommend anyone to go to them moving forward. Plenty of other places to go to in the cities who do great work. Very disappointed with how I was talked to and treated.- JONATHAN D.

Mobile Engine DoctorThese guys are the absolute best. I have seldom have such a positive experience with a repair company. My snowblower completely stopped working. On the phone, first they suggested a shear pin may have been broken and they were absolutely correct. I replaced it, The engine still wasn't turning over so they suggested over the phone to run a space heater in front of the gear box to melt all the ice. I did and the engine turned over and the snowblower was working again. But now it was making a horrible noise. A technician came out and in five minutes, he had solved the problem (a belt was loose and making a slapping noise) and on top of everything else he was on time and very helpful. I will definitely use them again for any small engine repair. Honest people, how great is that?- Dan L.
