"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"I originally needed my deck repaired but decided to have it replace instead. I had KZ Builders come out and they were so helpful in giving me ideas on what to do. They were very polite and professional. They started on time and finished on time and did an excellent job. They even remodeled the shape and size of the deck which made a big improvement. Basically all I had to do was pick out the color. I highly recommend them and will be using them again when I am ready to replace my front porch deck.
