He provided the most detailed written breakdown of his proposed costs and was thorough and authoritative in his answers. We had to coordinate timing with a roofing company and a gutter company, and during the lead up to our project he remained responsive to planning communications. He not only stuck to his proposed schedule but worked with understanding and good will around difficulties caused by one of the other companies' failure to meet their own schedule.
