Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "Tony and his team did an awesome job! We needed our side door steps replaced. I really didn't think it would be much more than just replacing the rotting wood planks with new wood. Boy was I wrong. Tony explained everything that would need to be done in order to pass a city inspection. He replaced the steps, the deck, the posts, and the railings. It wasn't until everything was replaced that I realized how poorly they were done before. Wow! Everything came out looking & feeling incredible. Tony and his team were so helpful by explaining everything that needed to be done throughout the process. He gave us different price & material options for everything. "Everything went very well.  Scott showed up and fixed the wall, plastered everything and did the skim coat on the textured wall.  He was in and out in 30 min.  The next day we had to reschedule our appointment due to some issues we had in the morning.  Scott gladly came out the next day sanded everything and made sure it all looked good.  It was a small job, but Scott didn't treat us like small customers.
