"I just bought this house (without seeing it in person) and was surprised with concrete issues. I had 6 different companies come out to give quotes and Foam-Tek was the absolute most affordable by a land slide! The next closest quote was over twice the cost. I thought, "maybe their work quality isn't that good", but man was that theory wrong. Bruce and his son lifted the driveway apron and back patio concrete. Bruce even noticed another issue and offered to fix it free of charge (it took them an extra hour or so). My garage concrete also has a large crack going down the middle which is hollow. Bruce filled it up for just a tiny additional charge. Everything is now leveled appropriately and ready for rain and snow. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
