"I called Joe to fix a leak that was coming in from my bathroom fan vents (after the first guy I called never showed up when he said he would fix it). He immediately identified the real problem that the first guy missed. and came back a couple days later to complete the repair. While he was there, he also identified a couple other minor issues - One he fixed that day (without charge), and the other he told me to contact the company that replaced our roof 5 years ago as they should fix it under warranty instead of him charging me. Joe took the time to explain each step of the repair, and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Joe for any roofing work!"

All these low-maintenance options only require basic surface cleaning, caulking, and regular gutter maintenance to prevent water dams from forming.

Alternatives to aluminum siding include vinyl siding, wood siding, composite siding, and brick veneer siding. Each siding material comes with strengths and weaknesses that could influence your decision based on your particular circumstances, so it's  important to look into each type as they pertain to your home and lifestyle before deciding.
