Been in my 1947 home for almost 12 years struggling with drain issues and tried to handle on our own. "I purchased a deal through Angie's List for appliance cleaning/maintenance. My reason was two fold, to have my items cleaned but also to diagnose a problem with my refrigerator's freezer. The outside walls on the freezer, near the door, were warm to the touch. When performing the work the technician discovered a piece of foam material had detached and became lodged into the fan that cools the radiator for the freezer's frost ring. He was able to remove the foam and free up the fan. I thought for sure I was going to be charged extra as a repair cost but I was not. In the strictest meaning of the word the two techs weren't the most professional (funny banter) but both were honest and very knowledgeable."

I added 4 ceiling lights and 3 new sconces by the mirrors. Another outlet was also installed along with a new vent fan. Getting advice on the latest lighting fixtures was helpful to me in updating bath lighting not updated since 1985. My old vent fan still worked and it was recycled for use in my guest bath as a cost saving measure suggested by Randy’s. The work site was thoroughly cleaned after the project was completed.
