Matt Schmidt very friendly, knowledgeable of the products/services and patient with us! He discuss everything that needed to be completed in order to resolved the issue. My wife and I were in need of an urgent repair and CJ came to fix a leaking pipe. He was professional, helpful, honest, and did great work. He did a good job communicating what the issue was and was helpful with making a decision. We both left the experience feeling he did good work and did everything he could to make sure we were happy with the outcome. No complaints only compliments. We have saved his card and will definitely be using Benjamin Franklin for future repairs.

Today July 17, 2025 Trevor from Northern Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did an excellent job going over our options in fixing our backed up plumbing problems.
