"On July 1st (2021), Mel and Stephan from Innovative Basement Authority dug a 30'x18" trench by hand to bury our sump pump discharge pipe. They installed a freeze valve, 30' of 5" PVC, and a discharge grate, exactly where we asked to place it. They had to dig right next to the garage foundation, so this was no easy feat. They also made short work of removing a 4'x4' concrete pad for us. The guys were very courteous, punctual, and seriously hard-working. They did an exceptional job, and in just half a day, I was able to check 1 more item off my honey-do list! "They poured a poly....something coating over our concrete basement floor. The concrete was old and uneven so we didn't expect or receive a perfectly smooth finish. They did do some grinding where they were able. Very personable, able to come in a quick time frame. Good pricing. Not the greatest attention to detail - the coating didn't into all the corners, there were some bubbles and rings left, and some splashes up onto walls. But overall we were satisfied and have enjoyed the finished floor."

"We started in the spring. Greg came out to assess my falling apart garage. He tore down the old garage and replaced it. As it is an attached garage, it was quite a process. Everything went very well. There were some delays due to weather, but that is understandable. Overall, I am thrilled with my new garage and so happy that Greg was also able to redo the sidewalk and steps to my front door. The work is holding up beautifully and Greg and his crews were great to work with."
