We are a family owned and operated business. Our main service involves using our specialized hydro jetting machine to clean the gray and black holding tanks in your RV. We essentially scrub the interior of your RV's holding tanks clean, getting them as clean as they were when the RV left the manufacturer, using 1500 PSI water (which does not damage your RV's tanks or plumbing system). Approximately two hours are needed for this operation, depending on the quantity of tanks and the seriousness of any issues discovered. "Lee and I communicated via phone on a Friday and set an appointment for Monday as he was booked up the Friday I called. However, he called a few hours later and had time to come address the issue that day if I wanted! Even though I kept the original Monday appointment, I appreciated that he called back and could have worked my job in if needed. When Monday came, Lee called to check in when he said he would and showed up on time with everything needed to get the job done. He even left some plumbing supplies to prevent the issue from happening in the future, free of charge. Start to finish it took less than half an hour, and when I asked Lee to clean out my garage line since I had him there, he did not hesitate. It is great when a job is done well, but it is even better when it is done with true customer service in mind. As an added bonus, it wasn't even financially painful as far as home repairs go! All in all I can't imagine being happier with the service Lee with Jetter Clean provided. I would recommend him to anyone needing this type of service, hands down!"
