I don't think the quality of their merchandize is first rate, but it usually will fit my purpose adequately. Most stores just want to sell things that have a specific purpose. If I want to go and buy a 100 feet of coaxial cable, I'm not sure where I could go and buy that except for Radio Shack. So that is usually the kind of thing I buy. They had an ad for an antenna and the price was reasonable. I don't have anything bad to say about it. I've bought a lot of stuff from them over the years and most of it has been good. Their price is usually in a reasonable range, but they aren't a discount store. They are pretty much at the market level. That antenna has stood up pretty well against the wind and storms, with one exception when an especially high wind bent it over. It was salvageable and still sits on top of my roof."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/mn/cottage-grove/radio-shack-reviews-3555050.htm"},"position":8},{"@type":"ListItem","item":{"@type":"LocalBusiness","name":"Stafford Home Service","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressRegion":"MN","addressCountry":"US"},"review":{"@type":"Review","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"Michael K."},"reviewBody":"They came out and gave me a quote for it. They quoted me for few things but at that time my high priority was to move the cable outlet. They showed up a week later to install it. The representative didn?t ask any questions or anything but I showed him what needed to be done. He went a head and worked for about 4 hours on it. Everything was done very well. The only negative about the experience was that they went through some drywall and they didn?t patch it up. The painters patched that up for me. I did not do much of a price shopping. I will probably go back to them for future electrical works but keeping in the mind that they take care of the drywall for me."},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/mn/minneapolis/stafford-home-service-reviews-105514.htm"},"position":9},{"@type":"ListItem","item":{"@type":"LocalBusiness","name":"Residential Heating & Air Conditioning","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressRegion":"MN","addressCountry":"US"},"review":{"@type":"Review","author":{"@type":"Person","name":"Andrew F."},"reviewBody":"We chose Residential over two other contractors. Eric called for help, couldn't fix it that day. He said Renee would call within a day to set up a repair appointment. The AC worked, but caused the unit to whistle loudly. Eric said that was normal for Goodman products. The house and yard weren't left very clean. Renee didn't call for 3 days. We had to lobby for an appt. because the forecast had low-40 nights (we have a baby). Louie was great--fixed the whistling sound (door wasn't sealed), replaced the circuit board. TV Antenna Installation reviews from real Angi homeowners in Robbinsdale, MN
My TV was not working at all. It would not even come on. They were able to fix it with minimal work and didn't even charge me the full service fee since it took less than 15 minutes to fix the problem. I am very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again should I find myself...

You deserve a safe and reliable home. Get the job done right the first time with outstanding customer service from the Twin Cities top rated electrician. Outlets, fans, lighting, smoke detectors, switches, and service panels. Your full service electrician.
"I hired Randy’s to fix a recurring electrical issue that was cutting power to the upper floor of my home, and to install two new circuits, work completed over two visits about a week apart. The new circuits seem to work fine, but the original issue persists—despite spending over $5,000, including $1,000+ on diagnostics. The electrician spent about 45 minutes on the initial assessment, then replaced some wiring and breakers. The problem reoccurred before the second visit, which I reported by phone, but he was unaware of it when he arrived. He did minimal follow-up, blamed CFL bulbs, and later suggested the issue might be with outlet or switch connections—something I believe should have been checked from the start. The issue has since returned again, and after three follow-up calls in three days, I’ve received no response. On the positive side, the crew was professional, worked in a difficult attic space, and cleaned up well. Still, I expected better troubleshooting, communication, and post-service support for what I paid."

"Got a new mini-split installed 5 years ago for $20k. Every year the thing was flat. I would have to call them to fix it, and they could never figure it out. They would just recharge it and leave. Fast forward to today, the labor warranty is expired so they won't come out anymore. Had to go with another HVAC contractor to put in a whole new system at my own expense. Turns out Dean's did not properly seal the insulation around the coolant lines, allowing water to get in there and corrode the pipes. If you think air conditioning is worth over $4000 a year, call deans. Otherwise, go with somebody who can actually do the job right. The most amazing part of this whole story is the new system costs less than the old system from Dean's. I guess I should have known something like this would happen. My first trouble with deans was over 10 years ago, I had a mixing valve replaced on my boiler for $600. They guy put it on backwards. I had them come back out and re-do it but come on. How do you put a $50 part on backwards when the customer is paying you $600 to do it."

FAQs for tv antenna installation projects in Robbinsdale, MN
The average cost to hire a handyman ranges from about $40 to $140 per hour. Average project cost ranges between $180 and $700, but the cost per hour and per project depends heavily on the type, size, and complexity of the project. The pro’s experience level and your location also factor into how much a handyman charges per hour or per project. You can also expect to pay higher rates or additional fees for emergency services, or around periods of high customer demand, like holidays.
If your TV antenna is good quality and was installed by a professional, you can expect it to last between 10 and 20 years without needing repair or replacement. This can vary based on your geographic location, weather conditions, and antenna location.
Yes, you should get a quote or an estimate from an electrician. Most electricians offer free estimates or quotes. When getting quotes, do your research and verify each electrician’s license. Get quotes from three different electricians to compare. If the prices or items listed appear different on the quotes, ask the electrician to clarify. Learning as much as you can about the electrical work you want done will help you get the most accurate estimate.
Qualified, licensed electricians will charge from $50 to $100 per hour. The cost to hire an electrician for emergency visits may range from $100 to $200 per hour because this urgent service usually takes place during off hours and may require an electrician to leave or reschedule jobs they’re currently working on. Scheduling work on holidays or during periods of high customer demand, like after a major storm, will also lead to higher rates or extra fees.
The cost to repair your TV antenna is around $200 for the average homeowner. However, charges could be as low as $60 or as high as $450. Factors such as multidirectional or unidirectional, indoor or outdoor, and amplified or non-amplified all play an essential role in determining the cost of your repair. For example, outdoor antennas cost more on average to repair than indoor ones, much like amplified antennas cost more to repair than unamplified ones.
