CONNECTIONZ is a locally owned and operated cell phone store.

"I brought my phone in for a screen repair which I was told they could do.. I payed the 260 dollars for the part and labor then waited for the part to come in, the part finally came in and to their credit they did get the screen replaced but not without causing other issues with the phone. after having the phone back in my possession over a weekend these issues came to light so i called them to let them know. I was told to bring the phone in so they could take a look and fix the issues fast forward two weeks and I get a call that my phone is unfix able it was returned to me in a completely inoperable state a paperweight if you will. I was told that a refund was the best they could do and that they would never touch this kind of phone again as if that was supposed to help me. i am now out a 1000 dollar phone and stuck trying to find a cheap replacement."
