They are a very good company and did good work. We had one little bungle on it. When they were loading the furnace, one of the guys tipped over and it got a big dent on one side, but eventually they managed to get the company to put another one on although it took quite a while. Other than that, they were very professional. However, they didn't do too much on cleaning.

We still have problems. They weren't very good. We still have outlets that we cannot use. We have a couple of lights that don't work. We asked them back several times to correct these things and it just never got corrected. Finally I told them I didn't want to see them ever again. Quality was poor. They were professional enough but they didn't do good work. They were polite. I am still angry with them. I have steered a couple of people away from them. In the past they wired a garage door for me. They were very expensive and it took longer than it should have. I thought it was over the top. They charged a lot of money for a job that shouldn't have cost that much. They charge a lot by the hour and took a long time.

I usually use him. He's neat and clean and his work is straight-looking. He doesn't destroy stuff when he is drilling holes on the walls and things like that. He is really good and dependable. He does really good work. He also treats me fairly. His price is about the same as that of everybody else. It's average. He's there when I need him. I can call him in an emergency or if something has to be done after he has completed his work. He guarantees his work too.
